Chiru is the best dancer in india and a great actor.He can perform very difficult dance steps (like veena step/abbi step) much better than hritik and has grace and heroism in dances very much missing in prabhu deva. Getting stardom with 2-3 hits is fine but maintaining it for 25 years is what only AB/rajini and chiru could do.
