Mr.Aravind your response was clear but did not cover all of Mr. Sayeds concern, i agree that mistakes trigers response, but you call gujarat riots and all other planned events mistakes thats not digestable.First of all make yourself clear that mistakes happen and are not planned but the events that you are talking about are planned so well that they execute it so immaculately that they never get caught like a saying in hindi "samp bhi marjaye aur laathi bhi na toothe" thats the difference.
