Season 7, episode titled 'Badla' - played a 'Siddhi' mystic who could distort reality and assasinate American individuals associated with a chemical disaster in india, in which his son was killed - Mulder is not there in that episode - its a Dana Scully - John Dogget one. At the end of the episode, Deep Roy is shown to have mysteriously travelled back to Mumbai's Sahar airport after having convinced the FBI that he was dead - shot by Scully. Cool episode!
