The main problem is you have to create a real village as that of the present one for the farmers at a place and should have provided better farming amenitities. But whatever you do to farmers; although they will be happy but the politician and goondas never allow it to take place. You have an example in New Mumbai even after the large Telecoms acquired places but no amenities to the staffs for their travel or accommodation provided, because local policitician never allow it to happen to their citizens.
