This is nothing but sheer politics going around. Why on earth did Ms.Banerjee obstructed the new project when she very well knew that it was WB which would have gained. What was Mr.Buddhadeb doing all the while. If the question was of the farmers then could'nt he discuss the same with the farmers, was'nt he able to allot new land(s)to the concerned farmers. At the outset, a man of his calibre should have known the consequences in allowing the project to begin. If these things happen who's going to come and invest in the state.And for Ms.Banerjee someone needs to tell her that blocking an express highway cannot be considered as a protest. She's not a new star born to the world of politics that she has to prove herself. When you are a devoted leader then you have to think for the people not for yourself and this is what we knew about her but before she began this agitation.
