Shame on Indian Politics
by Prerna Saxena on Sep 03, 2008 08:40 AM

Its really a sad day for INDIA as whenever we have tried to carve a niche for ourselves in the World, we ourselves have pulled our brethren down.

Nano is not only a challenge to the Toyota's,Honda's,GM's,Ford's,Renault's of this world but also a national pride which would rightfully give Indians a deserving place in the sun of Small Car MAnufacturing.

The spin off will be immense will millions of Dollars worth of investemnts in to projects of similar kinds & most importantly for the Ancilliary units. For the people of West Bengal it would have developed into a hub providing jobs to not only the people directly working at the plant but also involved with ancilliary units. It would have helped the people acquire new skill sets in Automobile Manufacturing leading to further development of a pool of highly skilled workers attracting more auto companies thus transforming Bengal from realm of deprivation , chaos, murders, exploitation where self serving politicians exploit the emotional frailities of an ignorant masses in to a population of empowerment, with financial independence & a secured future.

Its indeed a very sad day for all patriotic Indians
