Now, you sweet; from where did you get the tidbit that the per capita income in CPM states (Kerala and Bengal) is less than the Indian average ? Can you name the source you pretend to be quoting from ?
According to the CSO 2007-08 report, Kerala is ranked 7th in per capita income but 1st in mean consumption and 1st in human development. W.Bengal ranks 9th, 8th and 9th respectively.
Please answer why you sought to post a falsehood. Perhaps you expected no one to discover it ?
