Ratan tata decided to invest in WB and this was a great decision where no body is interested in investing. Only the person like Ratan Tata can take this decision. Now he waited for everybody to convince for his act for everybodies prosperty, till he could manage without loss and then with loss as well.
Now he must have thought that this is endless people of WB are not interested in their prosperity. He has taken great decision to close Nano project in WB with the Great Loss. Tata's must have paid a very good amount since Tata's are the best payers in India. Even then it is not accepted by WB.
2 Great Decision World is seeing, cheapest car and stopping of production of the cheapest car by only the one Great Indian.
I Agree with all decisions of Ratan tata.
Hope they come over the great loss, and full fill Ratan Tata's dream.
