Asking about heavy penalty for car owners who dont have space to park, Car Pooling, Using Public Transport etc... WHY CAN'T GOVT. OFFICAIL & POLITICIANS ONLY STOP FUEL WASTAGE,STOP GIVING SUBSIBIES ON PETROL,PHONE,INTERNET ETC .... All will added to lot sure to pay corers . Why common man targeted ?
