We must think in terms of two pronged attack to deal with this inevitable crisis. Fistly encourage alternate sources of energy viz. Solar and Bio fuesls with subsidy and Secondly use all peaceful persuassive measures to reduce the population growth drastically, even to the extent of giving monetary and educational concessions to single child families.
