Hi Parag.
You have raised interesting points. However, I think a higher NAV is in itself an indicator of the performance of the Fund.
I dont agree with pt 2 above.If market falls 20 % , the nav of the new fund would also fall in the same range. The trick is to find a fund which increases its nav even when markets fall- or at least keeps it stable.
