I agree with the view that Indian bureaucracy is the main culprit in India for anything bad happenes. The system permits the politicians in power to use them at will for all their wrong doings and in turn the bureaucracy is allowed to help themselves, which they do with all freedom. The current level of corruption is at its highest and the main stumbling block in Indias growth.
