Good article. however i would like to draw the attention toeards the fact that these are not problems with the company work profile but the bosses to whom the person is reporting. these are clear cut presence of unproffessional or idiotic person sitting at your top. If your boss is good then definitely you will be assigned the job which you should do. I have also undergone the same for some time so i know that this is the problems with person to one reports and not the company.
