dark side of privatejob boom in India.
by shailesh jha on May 01, 2008 12:39 PM

One has to take into account the positive as well as negative repercussions to arrive at a logical conclusion. In my opinion all IT and ITES company have created turmoil in our economy .They are concentrating on their own well being and seldom take care of employees. No body is going to guide us.Learn any skill ,technique and start your own venture.Their is no scope for sincere and hard working people putting 12-14 hours per day.Who shall recommend you for incentive and annual increments in an environment when everybody is busy in making money.People are not bothered to think about the means of making income.Whatever manner ethical or unethical all person is practising as per his choice to make money. No department of Govt.and Public bodies are untouched by the social evil corruption growing by leaps and bound every day.People say when our politicians are spending huge money without earning them then why they can not make money in their chosen way.
The prices of essential commodities have risen to a considerable extent and it is difficult to survive in this condition for long time.
I left my job in power sector govt.company due to its transferable nature of job .I worked their for around 5 years. My resignation at 40years is accepted with great difficulty. But i shall regret this decision forever in my life.In Public sector jobs you do not have any threats so your mind is peaceful. But in private jobs you are under constant pressure and no body appreciates you any time.
