Why now?
by sandeep singh sandhu on May 04, 2008 03:23 PM

Private sector is known for this kind of exploitation and public sector for the slothful work manner always. Just stand in the queue of a Nationalised bank as a customer and you will forget this story.
Fat paypackets, a simple BA working as a General Manager, Clerks shouting at the top or their voices, queue jumping, slamming the windows shut in face of customers because it was 2.30 pm, a granted leave from work for every small or big festival...and what not. To get a loan was as tough a call as scaling the Mt. Everest. Edumund Hillary must have never visited a bank in India or else he would have given up his mementoes! Private sector banks have changed everything. How do they do that? Asking for performance. My way or Highway.

And life has been like that for the people who worked in private sector always. And what about the army, the paramilitary forces...For a paltry 14000 a sentry has to experience death everyday. If Maruti changed the automobile scenario of India, ICICI did the same to banking sector...
