Start out in a small company

I feel these problems happen when a job seeker is greedy for money from day one and wants to be treated like a Chairman from start. A better way to have a fulfilling professional career is not to feel glamourised by big brand names, but to start off in a small company where it's easier to prove your abilities and get noticed, and then move to a bigger company on grounds of experience. A lot of famous CEOs started out as door-to-door marketeers because it's one of the best ways to understand and conquer human psychology. Moral: It doesn't matter how high the mountain is - everybody starts at the bottom.
