You are talking about lower rung , well even others have to face it . Lot of luck is involved too.I am an MBA 1st class from Welingkars- Top 20 Bschool in India But the Profile I got in Future Grp doesnt at all allow me to realise my potential. It isnt as dirty as mentioned in ur article but I know I can do much more. This is the reason why people leave companies too. You dont need a bloddy MBA to do all this shit. Any 12th pass can or even a 10th pass! But then even MBA Schools should be graded properly. If everybodys an MBA then this is bound to happen. As an employee you decide ; and if the profile is not worth it then just resign coz you will be able to get a better profile. Clarity and Priorty is Important.
