First of all never give money to employers to get employed, simply reject and find some other employer. The thing is people also have high expectations, some times you have to do dirty jobs also, but once you do and rise you will get a higher position somewhere else, presentation of oneself is also an important factor, if you have a personality and confidence, nobody dares to give you this kind of job, and this true with freshers/new entrants to corporate world. Presentation is what matters. An MBA fresh can not be given a high position straight way it can drown entire organization.
