I beg to differ...the job (the firm rather) is at fault here. In India, a fresher have the options to choose from too many jobs, if he wishes to pursue his trade. And no fresher is going to say no to that bank job (unless his/her dad has saved up tonnes of cash for him). Work timings, deadlines are all set by the management...if the management wants more profits they need to add more staff and not use a fresher till midnight. So again, this abuse would apply to anyone who takes this job..its not the bank job but this 'bank', thats at fault.
