With referance to the statement "Getting a job does not mean the employee sits around and earns thousands. It involves hours and hours of hard work. ".....I do not agree that working from 9 AM - 10 PM is called "working hard" ..it is plain and simple abuse. Work should stick to the work timings.So, are you saying that the persons labour beyond 5 pm is monetarily worth nothing. This is not china, pal.
