Well Long back ago I was read one article about why people leav organization. The author tells to indian youth is that if your company or Industry is not growing 30% growth how come the emplyee excpecting same amount of % in his /her salary. Because his output or deliverable are same nothing valuaddition.starting of the career for any graduate/MBA or any one PROFILE PROFILE is very impratant.He should learn how to learn the work .Life is like PLC life cycle if he dont have stuff how come he will survive in this competitive world next 35 years . Companies are hunting for talent we have to leav some impression on our management . I am working in pharmaceutical industry in International dept since 2 yrs 6 months .
