Most of the high profile Indian companies as well as MNC's provide a bad work environment to it's employees especially for the entry levels or some one with an experience of around 3 to 5 years. The pressures are very high , which one can understand in the current competetive scenario, but unrealistic targets clubbed with high pressures just kill the confidence level of the people and adversly affect their health also. On top of this the salary paid is generally so less inspite of the fact that these companies make hundreds of crores of rupees as net profits in a year. One can say that the management's aim is maximization of wealth for the stake holders, but not by paying meagre salaries and poor working conditions to it's employees. After all, the employees are the one creating wealth for the organisation and in most cases the so called stake holders are the owners of these companies. The worst part is that most of these companies figure in the list of ' most preferred employer' surveys conducted by various entities.
