why such a hue & cry over this issue? First of all its a non-issue.Whats wrong with the MBA doing a sales & marketting job by going door-to-door to make business & get incentives?. We have to forget the concept of easy money,the typical 'Sarkari Babu' type job with many facilities,less work and timepass if we as a nation wants to grow . We indians are stupids & idiots in many ways for we do not understand the dignity of work.IN US & European countries even an executive does not mind working in macdonals serving burgers if he is laid off from his company for he knows its a must for his survival and the ego issue would leave him dying on the street. We indians really need to understand the work culture. Its always a better situation to have employment rather than having no employment. However I will not blame the young generation for this. The root cause is the upbriniging of these youths. Their parents right from their school days keep on threatening them citing example of labourers,collies,waiters,street workers and hawkers saying if they do not study ,they would also end up in similar kind of profession. This creates a complex in their minds regarding these jobs for they are not taught for understanding the dignity of work. Majority of the parents take pride in saying that their children are in US doing a lucrative job and enjoying there .This wrong precedent is started by the parents and they are only to blame.
