The problems are many. 1. Everyone is rushing to get an MBA as if that is the ultimate jewel in the crown. As we all know only few get selected to prestetgious colleges for MBAs and believe me the other MBAs is not worth the paper it is writen on. To begin with, forget the hole in the wall colleges offering MBAs. Secondly, we need to have a different outlook regarding work practices. There is no such thing as free lunch. You have to really sweat it out to get high salary which the private companies are offering. No one is bound to acept a job which he/she is not happy with. Take it or leave it. There are plenty of MBA grads grom small colleges looking for jobs and naturally they will be appointed as door to door sales people. Engineers are dime a dozen and naturally the price goes down with heavy supply! So it is upto the parents not to force their children to study something for which they have no aptitude.
