The condition described in this article is infact true to its core. Young boys and gals are offered jobs in big corporate houses to do stupid job. Even before they come to know there job profile they sign the bond with the organisation. The sign because the trust those big names, and when they face reality it will be already too late. As more and more junk work from West is coming to india , people( So called engineers who just know modelling and drafting) believe that they are doing great job. All i feel is this job boom is based on work coming from west, which doesnt require special trained engineers and MBA but rather high school students. Dollar fluctuation cause jobs layoff. In which kind of surrounding we are living?? This remains a big question
