Hi everybody. In todays scenario everybody is running after the post graduations like MBA etc. When a company shoots a single job vacancy then appliants who appear for that interview are in number of thousands. This kind of situatin in India giving provide opportunity for the companies to hire a good qualified person at very less salary.
Now lets talk about the working conditions of people working in India. According to Indian law the working hours for a person are 8-9 hrs in a day. But tell me all you readers by putting your hands on ur heart that how many hours actually you spend in your office? Your family kept on waiting for you at home & you kept on slogging for those unpaid hours.
The situation is much more worse for marketing & sales people. Some comapnies are very good but others majority are very bad.
Example: Ravi is working in a sales department in a company on Rs 10000/month. His job is to sell General Insurance. Now he slogging for more than 10-12 in a day to meet those hefty targets. At the end of the month he got Rs 10000 as salary. Now check this-How much he actaully earned? He spent Rs 1000 in a month in commuting from home to office and then back. Rs 2000 in petrol expences & got Rs 800 reimbursed makes it 1200. Rs 1000 spent for food in a month.
Now calculate 10000-1000-1200-1000= Rs 6,8000. Now in just Rs 6,8000 how he will manage his other expenses like house rent, family, kids etc....
