Employers needs to specify all needs and select right candidate
by Sachin Wadekar on May 02, 2008 12:56 PM

After reading the article, I judged that is not the candidate who should be blamed, but it's the employers who need to be taught to first define the right job description and choose the right candidate.

First, they need to stop luring the candidates by showing them the wrong job descriptions and dreams. Next is they need to find the right guy for the job. After selection, they cannot blame that the candidate is not upto the mark. It is they who selected him and it's their responsibility to train them to give fruitful results.

In the article it said giving 2-3 examples that how the job description changes when the candidate becomes and employee. One has to monitor the tea and lunch breaks of security guards. Another , girl has to go door to door to sell bank accounts.

Company and employees have to work as a team. If one takes care of other, the response comes in a similar fashion.
