Unfortunately candidates don't ask questions of the big companies when they get selected. Many of these big names are also big employer brands, and have a great, well managed image. But the people who work there, especially at the lower levels know what the reality is.... Candidates have to be careful, and learn to ask hard questions before accepting any offer, and especially before signing any bond. Smaller companies may actually be much better to work for - the pay may be lesser, but you can maintain your sanity...
