this is only a small incident. When I was in America in Losangeles, I could get lot of things done by catching the correct person in the same organisation by bying his dinner the previous day in a decent restaurent. what is this ? is it not corruption. If you read the LA Times daily you can find half a dozen coruption cases. Even the topmost boss of the Police was suspended because he allowed his relation scottfree though he committed murder, by manipulating the witnesses. you say this is notcorruption in US?
