i am going to suggest it to the government to take this money as "expediting service fees" or "hush charges".. they have tatkal train tickets.. so whu not tatkal everthing.. atleast you can pay by cheque and the finance minister make money for the country by collecting service tax ,.. and most important all this will be deductable as business expenses.. so everyone is happy.. what a good idea
