Though this may go a long way, but still the salary is not comparable with pvt. sector. My personal opinion is that the salary should be equivalent to the pvt. sector and should be sufficient to meet the justifiable requirement of the person so that curruption is minimised. effective check, then, on curruption would really work and will have support from all corners. We should learn lessons from the West in this aspect.
