pay rise...!!

people will support even 1 100% pay rise provided it comes attached with some strong anti corruption measures, some tranparency and some dedicated work ethic...pay rise for the sake of pay rise has no meaning except that it will add or reduce inflation as a statistic and accomplish nothing else..!!
