The most inefficient and corrupt and incompetant lots are getting hige pay hikes. Comon, i cant understand how a Judge can create such reports and recommandations? He is not qualified to do so...... . Wake up India, enough of acting intelligent and working stupid.
(Our finance minister, Harward educated ....., any rationality of choosing an Judicial person for his excercise)
