I am in New Zealand & Timings diff is 7:30 hours of India..This is an important Issue - That's why I am writing..Ok.

You are right - But the hike should be PERFORMACE based - to encourage better work culture and reward well performing emoloyees.

Remember - It is TAX PAYERS money - not Pay commisions money.
