The Govt Servants are likely to get a hike of 40%. How will the Govt ensure the output and efficiency is also up by that much. We all know how the Govt offices work. Can the PM give the measures taken by the Govt in this regard to the nation ? I feel the hike should be based on individual performance as in the private sector rather than increase in pay for increas in inefficency and corruption !
