3 wheeler autoricks are banned in most countries of the world and from they had shunted them out 3-4 years back. but in india any filthy thing is ok and runs people should change their mindset and dont buy such vehicles but illiteracy and cheap availability comes in the way. most polluting vehicles are 2 & 2 wheelers. People feel happy when they run their vehicle which smoking and take pride in that that is highly stupid smoking vehicles must be impounded but who will take action. police or rto they take their hafta and that is the end of it. jai hind
