Dear Sidharth, I agree with you and what you say only if it motivates people and make them work harder for beter living, but what if it makes them jealous? Maybe many feel that getting into top IIM is beyond them? That is why i'am just saying that salaries need not be advertised, rather rediff should do research and find out why they are getting such high pay, what are the positions etc...maybe then the feelings might be assuaged, jsut mentioning sheer dollars might make bloggers here a little envious.
