Are you kidding 90% of petroleum products replaced??
Coal produces about 80% of the world Electric power.
Over 200 billion gallons of Petroleum products (Gasoline, Diesel and other products) are used every year to run our cars, trucks, trains, ships, planes and everything else.
How can all this be replaced in 10 years. Think before you write.
Even with the best renewable fuels, we can replace around 5 to 10% of the world usage of Petroleum products.
We should rather concentrate on increasing the efficiency of the vehicle (only 20% of the gas burned moves the car, rest is lost to heat). Use Nuclear power to generate electricity, etc etc.
