Actually there is too much hype in everything that is being done today and IT is the biggest catalyst. real estate prices are bloated everywhere because there are lots and lots of neo rich guys and women, mainly from IT and finanace sector( Locals and NRIs) who want to DOUBLE/or incearse manyfolds their money in quick time.
