If Buying a propert in Mangalore is considered a good investment.. I think i can forgive the US banks for getting drawn into sub prime lending. The city of mangalore is not even cosmopolitan, dominated by the tulu speaking community.Has harsh weather, lacks infrastructure (common to most of the indian cities) and as far as IT companies go people in the IT sector consider it as a punishment to be posted to mangalore. SO guys please stop hyping the real estae boom in mangalore..! One look at the communal riots that take place annually in mangalore is enough to make u leave the city.
