are they talking in terms of job position or the field as a whole itself ? when yu take up your next job, you can always get into a role that can be defined as something else in the new company, provided the new company agrees. if the salary benefits are so great that yu can easily consider this company, and forget the liabilities later - as in the new job scene - where you can take chances go right ahead!
