hi All, i have a question too. Today only i received a offer letter. I am working with a multinational software company looking after asia pacific sales. in todays offer letter, my new company stated in one of the clause that if i resign for this new company in future, i can't work with another company for next 12 months who is in similar business to this company in whole asia pacific region. I work with FSI industry, and this is my area of expertise. In future if i want to leave this company, and if i cant work in FSI industry for 12 months, what i am gona do? Any advice?
