now a days all the govt. sector companies offer contractual employement.can any one plz tell in govt. sector how the contractual employees are different from regular employees.which type of benefits they don't share with regular employees.India's law is also againtst the contractual employees giving them no area of hope for to live them n being a regular employee.jaise law ke palle se paise ja rahe ho.
