Its a big 'NO'. Respected Mr.Saha, let people of WB know how to develop infrastructure--atlesat a nORTH sOUTH Corridir--then everything will come autmaticallly. In gist---the STATE is not ready and will never be reday. Those who are fighting will fight like these, and others will fly to USA/CANADA/AUSTRALIA---Thats not bad.
