Lowest I ever paid for petrol

I remember the golden days when i used to pay 16 Rs./litre for petrol, and diesel was 3-4 Rs. then....... I am going to get a bicycle now :(.

btw though its not the fault of Congress for this rate hike, they are going to face heavy repercussions for this move..
