Who are poor people,why cant they get out and work in a factory or some thing. Why are they depending on some one else to gro food for them. Even if the fertile soil was not built upon and was cultivated where will these so called poors get the money to buy it. They need to work and factories provide that work provided they want to work. If they just want to lurk around and do nothing then no one has a free meal for them. no one owes them a free meal. Neither the people of India nor the government of India.
