railways lalu has imposed several secret levy.. he has not increased fare but increased several charges. 1.enhancement reservation tax, 2.increasing of tatkal ticket [so no of normal ticket is lesser] 3. they do not permit break journey from this year. 4.making most of the train super fast. 5. increasing no of berth in two and three tier coaches [ this will enhance ur discomfort]
