RE:Please answer these questions for yourself
by Ghulam Muhammedbeigh on Jul 25, 2008 12:18 PM

Every right thinking Indian knows the answers for the reffered queries.Haj subsidy is an appeasement which in real terms is not required for performing this religious duty. There are no special rights enjoyed by muslims in the country vis-a-vis other religious communities.Benefits accruing to non muslim minorities through reservations are un-parallel.A muslim has to fight for a job through general competition which results in a neglegible ratio for their presence in both Govt and Corporate sectors.Had muslims been enjoying special rights, the picture could be different considering 15%muslim population in the country. How many bureaucrats of muslim minority are running the Govt either at Central or State levels. The same is true for muslim majority State like J&K which is governed by 90%non muslims. The State of Jammu & Kashmir enjos a special status through article 370 as enshrined in Indian Constitution which has to remain there till final resolution of the problem as agreed upon by the leadership after independence from Britian.
