Furthermore, Indian Politics has always been this way and that was the reason it is not worth debating anything in the Parliament. Ruling party makes all the laws & agreements.
It is the left that wanted to blackmail India with their agenda. If 226 member of the ruling party (UPA) were in favour of the deal then 59 should have just made their views known on record and moved forward with the remaining 226. That is known as DEMOCRACY.
