IMPOSE WINDFALL TAX ON ALCOHOLICS AND SMOKERS..

The Government should first impose high taxes, not only on cigarettes and liquor, but also on those who smoke and drink. The damage done by smokers and drunkards to the society at large exceeds the damage done by Reliance or other private companies.
